The firm is able to assist the customer in litigation case before the Tax Commission, and in ordinary courts, both in civil and criminal domains.
The Clients are also assisted in the pre-litigation phase and in dealing with the offices of the Financial Administration. In this context, the Firm assists the client in the different phases of interpellation (ordinary, anti-avoidance, in application of anti-avoidance provisions) before the offices of the Financial Administration.
